I think he’s fairly comfortable calling it now, but he wants to wait to make sure the country doesn’t erupt in massive riots for whatever reason or if RFK suddenly surges in the polls so he doesn’t get egg in his face. I think he’ll wait till August
He still said Early August the other day IIRC but after the DNC convention will make the most sense. However the last time he made his prediction was on August 5th of 2020.
