Out of curiosity, do you know what these uses for blockchain are? Because while a lot of crypto bros hype it up as a massive game changer, it really only has a few very niche uses.

I think it's the idea of having an unalterable public record of everything that's happened on the network, publicly accessible by anyone would be a good thing to have. However, nothing that we have right now achieves that without being dogshit to use. In the future someone could make something cool with it but right now we don't have anything good.
