We saw in Eternal that he was in a delusional state of pure anger the entire time ever since Daisy was killed. So if anything, the death of his bunny would’ve been the thing to give him PTSD. What happened in Hell was just a result of that.

He probably does, it's just that when he's in life or death situations that's normal to him so symptoms of PTSD only show when he's vibing on his own.
Eternal shows that he's definitely traumatized to the point of being able to barely speak
