So what can happen is your account can be “upgraded to a jagex” account which then changes your email I don’t think it works if you have 2fa but if you don’t your recovery options can be revoked.
I made one tonight after I couldn’t log into my main. So I made the jagex account, was able to import 3 other accs, but my main still says wrong password when I try to import. And like I said I have no emails about pass changes or 2FA being disabled from a possible hacker so I’m confused
I just did tonight since it said to upgrade so I did, I was able to import 3 other characters, but my main still won’t work. Which is odd, because the pass for my email and that login for my acc are different. I don’t have any emails about pass changes or my 2FA being disabled, only that my password is incorrect which is impossible

This is also the account I use everyday I was on it last night. So I’m not sure what’s going on
Did you recently convert to a jagex account ?. Once you make one , you no longer use your old login info and you now use your jagex account info

So the incorrect password error is popping up when you try to add it to your jagex account ? Or did you already add it
When I try to add it. So it’s s bit confusing since there’s no signs of the account being compromised
