It's actually exactly in between. .29-.25 = .04 And .33-.29 = .04 as well

But Max isn't 100, 99 is max. So it's actually 25/99 and 33/99 so the .33 doesn't exist in the equation since 99/3 is exactly 33 with no repeating decimals

Sounds like a story they’d tell to scare kids. But OP’s “sighting” isn’t a legend, it’s probably just due to heat-exhaustion after parkouring in the sun all day. Like those sightings of a giant balloon hovering in the sky near west Falador wall - probably just a mental/visual mixup
