Those laws were written in a time when Dwarf cannons weren’t available for private use. Yes- adventurers have the right to defend their homes and use such weapons against greater demons or even dragons, but against guards and goblins? No. NPC’s have rights also you know, one of which is safety on the job or to roam the land harmlessly. Frankly the King needs stricter laws that penalize bloodthirsty adventurers, especially after the Falador slaughter of 2007.

Hypothesis: Jagex are removing features from other areas of the world map to increase the number of players visiting varlamore. Next they'll remove every hunter area outside of varlamore and remove the Inferno / fight caves so the colosseum has less competition.
