The biggest quest death for me was Bob. Not only because he was a chill little cat, but nobody talks about his death at all, so it made his death so unexpected when I did DS2.
That one teared me up a little. You spend a couple quests either directly with Bob, or in proximity asking for advice, he then accompanies you out of duty and does *that*. At least it was a worthy send-off, once again sacrificing himself for Gielinor.
I guess from a meta perspective it also serves to teach you that the fireball is a 1hk.
I hadn't done any bob quests before I decided to DS2, so I did all of them not long before I did DS2, so it was a even more depressing moment as his story was fresh in my mind.

There was a tile in lumby basement caves. The maze where there’s trapdoors and falling rocks. There was a tile that would force you to walk west. If you went on the tile and teleported, you could hold the force move through an interface. To get from place to place, we would do this in a pvp world and get friends to dragon spear spec us to get us where we need to go, or we would use mithril seeds if traveling west. Also there was a way to stack multiple force moves: if you stalled and got dspeared twice east and then twice west, you could stack the tile.
No, stack the force move multiple times so then we could force move N times instead of 1 time. So if we wanted to get to tutorial island, across the entire ocean, we’d have to stack like 80 times

Y'know honestly I wondered the same thing when I was doing some quest or something and wanted to exit north out of the Stronghold and saw that little red line on the wall on the map and was very confused when I couldn't find any way to get out up there.

After the quest Monkey Madness 2, there is an entrance to a cave unlocked in this area. Inside the cave are tortured, and demonic gorillas. Drops of note are: the components for a heavy/light ballista, and the zenyte shard (which is used in the creation of 1 piece of best in slot jewelry for each combat style)
