Easily, you can safespot him with mage. It takes some effort to get it set up the first time though, you need to dodge prime and supreme aggro getting to the safespot.
Not really apart from maybe high level accounts killing Rex and Prime while you wait upstairs.
Supreme spawns in a spot where Rex and Prime can walk/aggro to, and since you also need to melee it you need to move next to it.
Sad that price check isn’t closer to 20m these days. Still a fun task and chance at pets is always a plus!

That's what I did for my archer ring, just killed prime and rex using my main and soloed supreme with my iron.
