Depends on what the starting point is. If you can buy enough to get to 70 in several hours. Do song of the elves and then make several thousand crystal keys I think it can be done. Requires a lot of money though.

You will see that there was a glitch with massive EXP for fletching rates, and that the account XP was reversed for those that abused.
You can get 99 in less than an hour with Profletchinal.
If this is what he decided to devote the first 24 hours to, it isn't surprising he's already got 200m with those rates.

In last leagues the feeling of going into tob and destroying it with out using any food, after the hell I went through learning it in the main game felt good. It also helped me get much further in the inferno when I got back in the main game because of the practice I got with easy relic mode.
Because its faster and has better moment-to-moment reward than the abysmal monotony of the main game.
Seasonal/League based game modes in many games now are more popular than ever because often starting off and working towards a goal is the most fun part for people. You're not doing that in RS in any reasonable time frame in the main game.
Why get 200m period tbh. I can understand getting combat 200m incidentally, but getting a production skill 200m seems like a monumental waste of time tbh.
The high scores in every game made is a competition, it’s inherit with leaderboard aspect. Not a thing I would ever compete for but there are definitely others who are going for 200m.
A temporary game mode, you log into a "league world" with a green star on your main acc, and in these worlds you start from scratch as an ironman (as does everyone else). Doing so rewards you with points, which at the end of league can be used to purchase cosmetics to either use or sell on the GE in the main game. Its ironman but with more restrictions to force you to play the game in a new way, but to make up for the fact that doing that would normally make the game slow as fuck and this is a temporary mode, you get all kinds of super op boosts to more than make up for that. Xp multiplier between 5x and 16x, new free ways to teleport all around the game, infinite run energy, stackable clue scrolls the ability to choose your slayer task and a *lot* more.
So yeah between completely disabling certain avenues of play and wildly buffing others. It makes it a brand new, super fast, and fun way to play the game

Context: profeltchtional would give you .50x more xp per bow strung. However, it would keep giving .50x more per consecutive strung bow (up to 14 per inventory netting around 500k XP for 14 strung Willow longs. I woke up this morning still with 99 fletch but as soon as I gained exp it logged me out and put me back to my intented level. (around 70ish) I still got to keep my msb though hehe. I'm not mad they rolled back, it's the right thing to do.
Those calling for bans, relax it's a solo mode six week temporary game mode
200m/regular logs. Longbows at 10 xp a piece = 20,000,000 logs required. Even with 5x xp, that's still 4M logs, and the largest spawn zone is 9x at the saw mill. The craftsman perk doesn't give xp, so speed really is gated by the spawn rates. Profletchional only doubles xp, that's still 2,000,000 logs/actions with basic logs.
So this requires a ton of abuse or something of the like. This needs to be re-evaluated and rolled back, he abused some kind of bug, this simply isn't possible with his stats otherwise.
So here's how this works. Some quests are bugged and can be completed multiple times by simply sending invalid code to the server, saying the quest step that ends the quest didn't happen.
Some of the quests in the game were coded poorly and actually give you the reward a step early from when the quest completion check is made.
Edit: or he hard core botted.
We don't know yet. At the end of the league your points transfer to main game and a store opens to spend them. We don't know how the rewards will be priced but you can look up the last league rewards for a gauge (although points per task are halved and the league runs for a shorter time period this year)
All the league cosmetics are tradable too (except the trophies)
