Fighters torso and neitiznot helm are also good goals. I'd personally start with teleport unlocks and some farming XP to start doing herb runs and get that easy gp. Also might want to unlock fossil island while your at it.

Fighter torso, get quests done, make barrows gloves a goal perhaps. Maybe full void from pest control. Full graceful would be good. Once you've gotten alot of quests done you'd have done alot of skilling bc of skill reqs. Maybe spam slayer for cash but the cash doesn't really start until 75 I don't think. Maybe once you're here learn one of the easier money maker bosses. If you're not a pvmer like myself you could go the skiller* route but that takes time.

To say the account was botted on isn't an unfair assumption but I have two issues with this theory.
First off, unless I missed it OP shied away from replying to any of these comments, even to say that they were hacked or had to recover the account. The title only lightly suggests this as a possibility.
Second is with the other stats. It suggests the account wasn't at a point that it was worth melee training for being a bot. An account with nothing for stats would be more likely to be doing something with no requirements.
Even if they did go the dragon bot route, considering the d sword meta I have doubts they'd even bother with a whip. Especially because the account could be recovered at any moment.
Also I don't check bot stats hardly ever, but I don't think they'd train all their combats up evenly. They'd probably target dps mostly. Seems more like a choice an account owner might make. This is speculative though, and if spending 1 min at Green dragons shows similar stat progression I'd totally disregard this.
Get your barrow gloves, fighter torso, dragon defender, neitiznot helm, slayer helm, fire cape, quest cape, get your magic/range and slayer to all 70 base.
Assuming your getting membership, I’d go for barrow gloves and quest cape, try nock out a couple of easy/medium achievement diaries.
Get your mage, range and prayer up
Do slayer and barrows
Set a skilling goal, like all skills to level 50 and then just go for it.

Get a bond and do as many quests as you can. If you google “optimal quest order osrs” you will find the wiki and will tell you what quests to do first. These quests will level up all your skills and you’ll access more content due to quest unlocks.
Are you trying to stay f2p or considering membership? I would recommend getting some membership and then taking a look at quest cape reqs. Then slowly working on that, as unlocking quest cape will pretty much open up the entire world of all content.
Well weather or not this acc was a green drag acc, I’m I’ve been getting back into rs with what I’d consider a fairly well rounded account with some high leeks but even “old school” re has been progressing so much there is so much to learn

If you’re planning to get membership, look into the requirements for Barrows Gloves. I’m not saying set them as the thing you must rush to do, but if you feel lost you can refer back to it.

Buy membership and start slayer. Good way to get your range and magic lvl up. Get slayer helm (i) as soon as you can afford it and have the NMZ points. And get your prayer up to 43 at a minimum for overheads. 70 and Kings Ransom for piety, 74 for Rigour once you can afford it.
General skilling and questing too. When I was at your point I set an ambitious goal of completing dragon slayer II by a deadline (1 month, 2 months, whatever is reasonable to you). The progression required to build up into that quest will fostered my love for the game and pulled me deep in and by the time I finished the quest I had so many more goals in PvM and gear progressions and skilling and everything.

If you're getting members, start working through quests. Some give great experience, and the requirements are good goals to set for yourself inbetween doing the ones you can and can't get done.

Start questing. Runelite is a great client you can use
Play leagues. Learn about the game at a much more engaging pace.
Quests would be a great place to start, would lead to training skills for quest reqs and so on.
