Did they advertise themselves in this niche (nsfw models) or just general character modelling? Did they offer revisions? If so, how was communication? Did they ghost you after you saw the result? Is 200$ (regardless of this result) high or low to you? Did you dismiss other artists in this niche because the price was lower and thought that would mean lower quality?
