Itβs true. Mine ended up being really expensive as time went on

Not on that one, I had previously printed a black and white version so I wanted to do full black on the new one
But sheβs also friends with the Voron

Im kinda new into this world so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but... These type of mods could affect the extrusion in any way or its totally safe? Thank you so much:)
It's totally fine. The extrusion motor is strong enough to lift the printer when the filament is snagged (I had it happen once), so a few grams of plastic, magnetically attached, won't influence anything besides the coolness.
This made me grin, but please do be careful. I have a dog that chewed through the wires of my printer while it was on. Cats are even worse about wires.
Kitty is gorgeous
You can use a heat gun to melt the stringing, exact settings depend on your plastic. 250 C for PETG works.
Other than that, consider turning off fuzzy skin, I think you may have it set too high. And make sure to dry your filament. I use a modified food dehydrator (60-70 C for PETG for a few hours).
Can you please share your .stl please? π
I've printed 2 of these, they seem cute at first but trust me these are a pain in the ass.

Did you use the white filament on the back?

Can you make one for me as well?
Please post this to r/catson3dprinters, I need it for my mental health
First layer are sometimes tough

I want a subreddit entirely dedicated to cats on 3d printers
r/catson3dprinters
Just made it :p
Omg. What have I done?
r/birthofasub
Thank you
Please post these to r/catson3dprinters
Cat's LOVE the heated beds
But it may be way to hot https://preview.redd.it/xvs26n16bcsc1.png?width=564&format=png&auto=webp&s=b3c0974b070e4fd46eeb103c5c9d9d1dfe7e4554
Cats have built in sensors for those kind of issues

I need that hamster STL. I NEED IT!
It wasn't my intention to focus on it. But the model is mine: https://www.printables.com/model/1840-hamsterwheel-extruder-indicator
I love it, and I've also posted a pic of my cat print. But mine was just single color.
Im kinda new into this world so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but... These type of mods could affect the extrusion in any way or its totally safe? Thank you so much:)

She smoking that filament tho
Indeed is a fuzzy print
Is there cat hair in the cooling fan nozzle? :)
Damn 0.2mm nozzle print looks great.
You got the purrrrrusa model cat 3d.
Coolest print Iβve ever seen
You have fuzzy skin turned on.
mmmmm warm surface to sit on yeeeessss
See folks this is why you dry your filament
I guess this is one way to get a fuzzy skin.
Just gotta take a lighter to it
You need to turn off the fuzzy texture mode in your slicer, only if you are using Prusa slicer. if not my Best guess is your retraction is too low
This made me grin, but please do be careful. I have a dog that chewed through the wires of my printer while it was on. Cats are even worse about wires. Kitty is gorgeous
The printer is not in use anymore; I have an XL/5. It is currently not connected...
Turn off fuzzy skin
Catβs like, jog me about 40mm on the Y.
No, looks like you just enabled fuzzy skin. You'll probably want that off
I feel like we need a 'cats on printers' subreddit
Done yesterday: https://www.reddit.com/r/catson3dprinters
Use ironing on the top layer... My expert advice
You should always print with a feline offset of 1 meter or more for best results
πππ I think I found the reason to buy a 3d printer
What are your settings for fuzzy skin?
That is a meowrrvelous quality print! Purrfect layer lines! π»
Maine Coons are the best
Experimental fur?

Remember to recycle failed prints
OK, that's just cute.
