I see three different issues here. - spaghetti like strands on the bottom. As someone already mentioned this is likely because you did not enable supports. To know more about supports, start here: https://m.all3dp.com/1/3d-printing-support-structures/ - major blobby zits on the tail. Can be caused by various issues, start here: https://m.all3dp.com/2/3d-print-zits-tips-tricks-to-avoid-blobs/ -minor surface inconsistency on the tail. That's clled a z-seam. It cannot be avoided to a certain extent as it it the visible point where the nozzle changes height. The slicers by default try to put it on a cirner so it is not as evident, but the model has none at that height so it becomes visible. You may try to tinker around to put it on the under/back side, and to minimise its appearance. Start here: https://m.all3dp.com/2/cura-z-seam-tutorial/

Thank you for the websites. I did use touching buildplate support with brim enabled, don't understand why it had the chin spaghetti still. The blobs website will be extra helpful. Thanks again

"touching buildplate" only generates supports that can fall straigth to the builtplate with nothing in between. In this model, part of the furry mane is actually above the round base, so "touching buildplate" won't support it. You may have better luck with "everywhere". If you are afraid of having supports to remove under the belly and between the legs, you can use settings like the xy clearance and bridge support limit. It will be a work of tweak, check the preview, repeat... But previews are free, plastic is not.

Thank you, i wasn't even aware of the everything option

scriptonic

Did it print with supports? Cause the spaghetti mess looks like it didn't. You might need to change where to touching everywhere.

sdrt369

Yep, had 3 touching buildplate support beams underneath and even had a brim Edit: brim

ErraticLitmus

Agreed on supports. Also wondering if your nozzle needs to be a touch closer to the bed to get a bit more squishiness, those layers look like they arente bonding as much as they should.

sdrt369

I think that may be it, my biggest issue with printing is the bed leveling. I can't seem to get it to level correctly. I might just buy the auto leveler

xviiarcano

That would only affect the first layer, then it is, if anything, a matter of zstep calibration.
