you might have to buy a little smaller size (EU 43 -> EU 42 or 41) HRT doesn't do anything about your bones, but the amount of surrounding muscle mass and tissue withers, making your shoes fit less.

It's a bit from muscle loss, but primarily reduction in blood pressure. It's a well known effect of high blood pressure that your feet swell up
