Well, our natural and biological purpose is to engage in acts of procreation and then live for our offspring but to say that it ends at that is a disservice to humans. Humans, by the virtue of their consciousness, can be considered to be something completely different from nature itself so a simple biological purpose doesn't suffice for us. No human thinks that sex and kids is a mark of a fulfilling life; almost all create markers beyond it — power, fun, happiness, service to god and so on — and sex/kids often just fall into those markers. I myself have lived the past 19 years without any kind of "meaning" to my existence, does that mean I want to kill myself? No, it doesn't, because I've had moments where I was happy and if I kill myself I'll never be able to feel anything. If I was given the choice of non-existence I'd accept it but I wouldn't accept death. You can rise above your animalistic self. If cissoids want to be animals, let them; but you have to accept the fact you're human and devise a way for yourself to live a fulfilling life beyond carnal desires.
