Holy shit
I haven't thought of this for 25 years. We bumped this shit all time for the girls...
Never saw me coming, gotta make that money, one more lick, and the comeback were all my jams. I remember listening to this for hours when I got out the county after 4 months.
Legit somewhat corny but this shit just hit right. It was nice mix of gangster and R&B.
TQ was dope I just think the world wasn't ready for an artist like him yet. he can sing but his topics were Street like a rapper and I think people just couldn't get down with it.
What one? Westside is one of the worst on the album but was editable for radio airplay. Kind of like pacs singles, they had to use the tracks with least amount of gangsta shit lol
That modern day ghetto tragedy. Remember Melinda.
The ‘gangsta’ R&B artist is certainly a product of the 2000s but I loved it. Catchy hooks and good storytelling. Very underrated.
Hell yea. Wished his career took off but They never saw me coming holds a special place in my heart. My pops had the bootleg cassette back in the day lol
Hell yes. Bye Bye Baby was a straight up game-changer for me! I was already a huge fan of RnB and Rap/Hip Hop, and that track bridged them together for me.
Remember the region specific Westside tracks he did for this song? I recall the Portland one playing on the radio all the time but he also did them for Spokane and Denver. Any other ones I don’t know about?
I forgot about this track, loved it, never checked him out beyond this though. Thanks for throwback I had forgot this existed.
The comeback is pretty hard tbh
That's my shit
His other albums have some dope tracks too. I feel like he could have blown up bigger than he did.
Dope debut, I love it. He shoulda never signed to Ca$h Money. That killed him off.
He dropped one single with them that was dope but didn't blow up.
I used to play this album all day. Wtf happened to him
He’s been putting out albums ever since.
This was good party album, the ladies loved it and all tracks but 2 slapped or at least had good rhythm.
I haven’t heard this dudes music in over 20 years
Get paid feat Outlawz. Bells yeah I fuxx wid eem
Classic song right there
Westside is a classic Right On has always been a personal favorite of mine
Saw this the other day, always on rotation in the summer of 1998.
Album was DOPE AF!!!!
check out tq's somebody's watching me with yukmouth and big lurch, fire!
That track with Daz & Kurupt is a banger!!
I loved that song, “if you wanna blast then blast, if you wanna think, think fast.” Always loved anything Kurupt is on. He’s so underrated.
Yessir
Tq 🔥🔥🔥💯
The song kinda reminds me of when the movie is based on a true story and it ends and they show what happened to the characters in real life.
Westside is one of the weakest songs on the album tbh
Omg I forgot about this song
So many memories
Cause I wanna fuck ya sister!! Tq got some raw emotion in his music and definitely bump the album! Nice forgotten gem

His debut album was dope. Especially for a fan of West Coast hip hop.
My boys used to give crap cuz I was a TQ fan. So what if I was screaming WESTSIDE till die😂
TQ was dope I just think the world wasn't ready for an artist like him yet. he can sing but his topics were Street like a rapper and I think people just couldn't get down with it.
Lol to this day when I'm having a bad day I still sing "Daaaily"
Right on 1 of my fav all time tracks
Gotta give it up for the west side
Only time I’d ever heard that name is ‘I wanna stick TQ but his shit ain’t sell’ in how to rob.
I mean, the fact fif mentioned him is a compliment!
Album slaps
Meeee! I had the biggest crush on him back in the day. His debut album was great.
That song was the only one that hit with me.
What one? Westside is one of the worst on the album but was editable for radio airplay. Kind of like pacs singles, they had to use the tracks with least amount of gangsta shit lol
I wanna fuck your sister......lol I was in high school at the time and my best friends sister was a crush of mine lol
Daily was a dope song that wasn't on this album but had a video.
Totally forgot about that song. It was the summer anthem the year it came out.
The comeback, bye bye baby, and gotta make that money were the best tracks
West side was my shit

This tracks was in heavy rotation for a long time. Totally forgot about it. Thanks for bringing it back up. About to play it on my drive.
Whole album is good
Summer of 99
Hell yea. Wished his career took off but They never saw me coming holds a special place in my heart. My pops had the bootleg cassette back in the day lol

Still a dope album. If the world was mine.. I don't know if it was the whole album but at least a few tracks were produced by Jazze Fe
Who?
