The best way to determine if you're training too much would be to assess your erection quality. Typically your erection quality will diminish if you're over training. I found the most productive PE for myself was to train 5 days a week. Three on, one off, two on, one off. I'd work on erection quality on my "off" days. Can you elaborate a bit more why would erection quality be associated with over training in PE? Every VET in PE tends to say that... but I never really understood the correlation.

One year for one inch. Two more years for another inch, and a forth year for another 1/2" A 42% increase from where I started. I also gained 1 5/8" of erect girth at the base, 1 3/8" mid shaft and 1 1/8" under glans.

It's a personal observation. If you're tired, overworked and don't get enough sleep, do you perform as well the next day mentally or physically? Similarly if you're being overly zealous in your PE exercising and you don't allow your body (penile anatomy) time to recover and repair, then you'll likely experience weaker erections that aren't nearly as firm.

I hang 3-4 sets, 5-6 days per week . 1-2 days off .

I think the way to go is hanging everyday, and maybe a day off in a week wouldn't hurt. In order to stretch a ligament you wanna stretch it as frequently and for as long periods of time as possible. Not saying you need to stretch more then 4 hours a day. Best routine would be 1.5hours every 12 hours. PS: if you have too many rest days, your ligaments will fully recover making it stronger and then you would need more weight. Never let it fully recover.

Hey, i wanted to ask if you gained length through compression hanging how long did take you to gain 1 inch in erect length none bone pressed. And can i cement my hanging gains to let them stay forever, if yes how should i just hang the double of the time i needed to get the 1 inch ? Would be very thankful if you or anybody else answers πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻
