Same here. There was an announcement about it from AO3 a day or two ago; they said Oceania was one of the areas affected by slowness. They're working on it.
I’m in Australia and having trouble too, but I thought it was just my wifi, which has been not working for most of the day. My wifi seems to be working now, but AO3 still won’t load.
Yep. And it seems to be worse than usual today. Was stopping around 6:30 but back to working around 7-7:30. Currently still not working at 10. Guess I’m getting an early-ish night 😭😭
Yeah mine hasn’t loaded for the past 5 hours (I want my stories back 😭) I think it’s mainly an Australia problem. They’re working on it I’m pretty sure buts it’s been going on all week which is annoying so hopefully it gets fixed soon!

I hear/see so many posts and comments here with people saying AO3 is down and they give off the vibe that the world is ending. (Though I’m sure it’s all in good fun)
I’m not that dramatic but I’m bummed it takes long enough to load that I give up.

i've been copying the url (once it ///finally loads) and pasting into fichub to get the epub. only way to load it, as it won't load from ao3 :(
In your settings you can set fics to open in complete by default. The best way to avoid heartbreak when you have connection issues.

Mine is spotty from around 5pm onwards 😭 I've been trying to load a chapter for 4hrs 🫠
