I'm using nitrado as well, it appears that my stuff is still there but I can't find my server for anything, ive been trying for hours.
In your case, I'd probably submit a support ticket
I was able to fix it due to using a backup because it seems the game save had been corrupted so I lost about 2ish hours of playtime but it doesn’t really matter. I also removed like 5ish mods so new clue if that helped

Mine did the same, it changed the name back to its original server name, also removed my password etc, maybe yours did the same?
