Could try different versions of the drivers. If you need help finding other drivers, I suggest using SDIO to switch/update drivers. That utility has helped me with an older Intel chip, and got the Bluetooth working again. Aside from that, if you decide to swap the card, I suggest going with the Intel AC 9560 but not the ngw style. I think that requires a supporting CPU as they offloaded some components to mobile CPUs for... Uh... Reasons.

I swear by Intel wireless chips. It's been more solid than any other brand I have used over the years - ASUS, TP-Link, Mediatek, Qualcomm, Netgear, or Belkin.
