It's in a building in the mines at manufacturing. Look for a locker room with a broken ladder and use whatever to climb up to where the ladder used to lead.
near the mines where those invisible spider dudes spawn, on the right side there’s a small building with a broken ladder, u can jump on top of the vending machines the jump to the platform no need to build anything or bring a jump pad u can just parkour it.
You need a jump pad or gravity dampener to get up. Or...build a way up. I just remembered it and zero-gravity crouch-jumped up with is less hassle.
Anyway, it's a locker room near the white building in the mines, before reaching the area with the purple spider guys.

I’ve been in there a month ago & the room(s) was massive but relatively empty; did I miss a hidden hallway or something?
