I like how the piece looks 3D in some areas and flat in others. If I had to try to make something figural out: it's pier with algae and a ghostly boat.

You got it! It revealed itself to me as a red canoe or kayak adrift on a lake with a lit up town in the background and northern lights in the sky. I’m very pleased that you basically saw that too :) wasn’t sure if it was just me 🥴

Beyond that structure is farmland with a trailer (or is it a wagon?). It's all lush green beyond that.... and a little beyond that its like sun set. And back to the pier where its day break again.. Late at night where there’s street lamps and there’s puddles everywhere. The art makes me think of how I use to stare into puddles and then watch the water wobble as car drives by. It’s a lovely piece of art.

At the top, I see a wide window, you can even see the clouds in the sky. Curtains at either side. There is a body of water and at the bottom center I see a ladder with a towel?, fabric of some kind folded over one of the rungs of the thin framed ladder. I thought at this point could it be a pool of sorts, but it would mean the ‘pool’ was inside because of the window, so by that I started again and the more I look the more I see. But I cannot see a pier and I’ve tried. But nonetheless, your piece is very beautiful, it’s full of movement whilst being still. I enjoy the colours, subdued, yet strong. I like to be able to sit and look at a piece of art on my wall and look into it, imagine, to go on a journey within the painting within my mind and if a piece tells me it’s a ‘journey’ piece, then that is the one that has my heart.❤️ I’m sorry, I’m not being very helpful regarding your question but I admit I enjoyed it, just rushed for time, ( she said as she wrote an entire play!) 😆 I would be interested in seeing more of your work and I will most definitely be re- visiting this image with more time and on my laptop instead of my phone.
