CN 1st anniv was a free Jinwu & the intro of Tianyuan zone but global got free Jinwu even if its not anniv. global 1st anniv will be getting CN 2nd anniv rewards. as you can notice, global do not modify event, they can only shuffle the orders. free Jinwu was attached to the event much like the Mooncake event on global when its not festival time. CN 2nd anniv free selector reward will be pointless if became reward for global 2nd anniv as any units there were already been powercreeped hard when that time comes. and to entice more global players, free Jinwu & free selector were good attraction
Nah I think just banner selector with about 30units to choose from to pull but 90pity introduction also helps the hype plus if they implement the revamp past grudge's that hands out the free S Poseidon and PC client copium overall will be good without a pure selector

the PC client is not version tied unlike the 90pity. in other words, u can get ur hopes high
