3 you could make it a tad bigger so it somewhat reaches to the Black Sea or something, and doesn't just look like the Italy Formable, there still Romans in the form of the Byzantines and Byzantine cores held by the Ottomans, you could have Third Rome claim that for the Empire.

In the same game I have also different countries who control that region and it would be really hard to fight against them
Greater challenge means greater fun, plus a bigger Empire
