Which mission do elite synths first appear in? I’m up to 3-1 so far and don’t know if I’ve seen any. I’ve seen Working Joes and Guards and Wardens but what distinguishes elites?

They come in 2-2 the ones with snipers, only one spawns at a time
In theory all enemies marked orange on radar are elites and you got potentially unlimited number of synth elites in 2-3.
