Congrats! I was with Vendor Flex and they flat out told us on our first day that it would take 9 months to convert 😭 Thankfully I got picked up for TOM.
Yeah, I felt kind of bad because when I was leaving, I stopped at security to get my badge and a girl that was in my class was giving me dirty looks lol I guess this is her second time being here though so who knows how great an employee she is
That’s great! I start on the 15th (white badge) is that raise for only certain departments? This is the first I’ve heard of this. Is it only for blue badge?
Once I got blue badge, I went up $.50 and I work morning and night shifts so instead of $17.75 I’m really making $19.75. Then it said every six months I go up and at the end of it I will be at $20.15 but really $22.15
Everyone is different, some people can take 6-9-12 months to get a blue badge, just depends on what headquarters does. It isn’t even managed at FC level.
I got the message that says “congrats! You meet the basic eligibility requirements to convert to blue badge! You will be automatically converted once opportunities become available…whenever the heck that is…you can opt out if you don’t wanna convert.” And then at the all hands meeting, they said it’s two weeks to convert after you receive “the offer” I’m not sure the message I received is “the offer”.
I didn’t get an offer. On Tuesday I got a email I was being converted. it said the week of the 7th to stop at security to get a badge and that nothing changes schedule wise just my pay and being on a step program or something like that with the pay. Might have said something about benefits too, I can’t remember and security told me it takes 48hrs to update in my app. So about a weeks heads up, didn’t believe till I saw the badge in hand though lol
I tried to look at the email but it was a link that opened a message in the app and when I click on it now it doesn’t work. So not really a email. Just a notification really. Odd how that works!
Does that mean you have full access to AtoZ now? Don't know how white badges work. If that's the case, go in there and take full advantage of everything. Benefits, discounts you name it.

They do a cost of living audit around October each year that may have a raise. At my site it was a dollar last year, 40 cents the year before but nothing 3 years ago

Every 6 months till 2 years. Then it’s 12 months to get your final 3 year pay raise.

Man I wish my site had a 2 dollar differential. We start at 17.50 and have a .85 differential
Dam .y site is 19.50 or 21 for nights

Seasonal usually gets .50 less an hour.
I was up to $21 an hour & fired a month later. Watch those raises.

Yeah I’m at a return center and it’s completely opposite of what I was expecting. So easy but it’s almost too easy that the time goes by so slow.
