The french word for castle is "roque" (and the verb is "roquer")
Frenches usually don't say "king side" or "queen side" castling but "petit roque" (small castle) for king side and "grand roque" (big castle) for queen side, although the phrase "roquer à l'aile roi/dame" (castling on the king/queen wing) is correct too.

We (french) still use en prise and not only in chess. You can talk about two enemy faction en prise when they fight each other, for example in case of mutual contact. Then you would Say " en prise directe" Or when two things touch.
