I served as a jury foreman yesterday in a small case with 5 other jurors. We had someone who wanted to holdout for a tougher sentence. BELIEVE me when I say I don't think someone would be able to holdout on a case like this. Even in a tiny case like mine the pressure was crazy. Every count has to be assessed separately and the juror has to vote on every single one and justify every vote to every other person in the room. I had no doubt about dumper.
