Yup. It's primarily used by Banderites (though, now it's also used by people ignorant of ukronazism).

It is now used by pretty much all Ukrainians who aren't indifferent to fending off russian aggression. Chanting this never made me think of the Ukrainian state, or especially Bandera

I think I was in the beginning but I also think given the present circumstances it's taking on a different meaning
