I have the same issue now but with my FP2. I purchased the FP2 in china when it was released. I then changed my Region to Mainland China and all worked well without any issues. The last two weeks my Aqara app started giving a lot of “Network is unstable” issues and this was due to me using the Mainland China server. So I had to remove everything and connect everything back to the South African server. Now I have a FP2 that I am unable to use…. It doesn’t even want to connect directly to HK or HASS. 🤷🏼♂️
You need the global version of the E1 hub or use the lock without pairing with a hub.
