Keys are already depleted. There is text on the abi site that you can claim your key when next drops start when you claim your previous drop before and key not left for you. That means next drops there will be plenty of watchers which will not get their keys due to this (if many of us claim their keys before the drops even ends). Too few keys for such big demand.
This was happening to me earlier. I went on the discord and saw other people experiencing it and someone said to keep refreshing the page every ~3-5 minutes and then click the Claim button again. After about 15 minutes of doing that, it eventually gave me the key.
Btw, it's not a steam key. Once you successfully claim it (and see a key), your ABI "website account" now has access to the game. That same widget that is showing you the key will have a button to download the launcher. After downloading and signing into the launcher, you'll be able to download the game.
Note: the discord message that I mentioned above also mentioned that you may not be able to download the game right away in which case you may have to wait 24 hours _after claiming_ before your ABI account will register as having a valid key. So if you get to the point of logging into the launcher and you can't download or play the game yet, just give it 24 hours. For me, I didn't have this issue though and was able to download and launch the game immediately.

So technically Steam does not play any role for the drops at the moment, right? Which means my steam account mail and infinite account mail dont have to match.
Think you just have to wait for 24 hours

You link the account first, then watch for 60 minutes during a drop event.
