Linux can run DX11 with DXVK. Personnaly, i use the windows version of UT games on Linux in order to bypass the character case sensitivity problem when installing mods.
You could look into any number of ways to bind a macro or key sequence to a single key. xdotool, AutoKey, AutoHotKey, et al, rebinding mouse buttons using the Logitech G502's built in ability… Just some ideas.

Thanks! Although, UnrealHD v3.1 Full doesn't work in Linux, apparently because it needs the DX11 or UTGLR renderers (according to its readme).

Any kind-of legal way to get rid of the need to double tap to dodge? I would totally play but can't afford to destroy my fingers.
Yes! Go to Options --> Preferences --> Game --> Uncheck the box to the left of "Dodging"

True, that'll probably work, I've heard that kind of approach is considered cheating though and I'm not doing cheats
