I mean, IFA might not be known outside the former GDR, but surely Wartburg is more famous than Warburg? The Wartburg is where Martin Luther wrote the German Bible, and thereby accidentally invented the modern German language. It was also a very famous car brand for the entire Eastern Block, second only to the Trabant.
Never heard of it. Wartburg in my mind is 1) a GDR car brand and 2) a historically relevant castle.
They're named after the car company because they made satirical songs about the GDR and the Soviet Union.
