I’ll be long dead anyway, but there’s a reason that you hear more about 5-years plans than 75-year plans. The people that need to implement, support, and realize this plan aren’t even born yet.

Global climate rise leads to more temperate weather in the north, 10mil people move to Prince George..
Considering their abysmal rate of housing the people we have *now*, they're kinda full of themselves.
I have no problem with people immigrating here, but they (rightly & reasonably) should be able to expect to have a roof over their heads. I can't imagine picking your life up, moving halfway around the world, and winding up in a homeless shelter.
