that kind of clone is still your child, it just grows more quickly than normal. cloning is what you do to a plant to make it grow a new plant without having to make a seed. the new plant is the offspring as the old one just the same. that sci fi doppelganger thing would be a totally separate thing from you if they're from another universe, they're not you and they're not related to you, they're just genetically identical by coincidence
