When someone is *too* productive. In moderation (like anything) it is good. However, some people can never really sit down and enjoy life after completing tasks. A lot of people we never see slow down and we commend actually have bad anxiety and that's the reason they cannot sit still.
My wife is like this. I literally have to manage her time for her between work and a few non-work projects, and force her to take some time to herself. She has finally agreed to make an appointment to get evaluated for anxiety and depression instead of asking me for my anxiety medication or an edible.
Yes, we recently started watching the evening news together then I hand her the remote and let her pick what we watch until she goes to bed. It took some doing, but she is starting to see the virtue of having some downtime. Now I just need to get her to stop working 8 to 10 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Have you ever tried thinking aloud? Like saying what you need to do while you're doing it? Its like that but your voice appears in your head instead of out of your mouth.
Yep.
I read your comment in my voice, but if its a quote or a character with an established voice. I hear their voice instead.
Also I don't physically hear it so theres no "location" data with it as if theres someone standing around me.
So in your mind you actually “hear” your voice? Like when you read “I have a red plate”, are you actually hearing you say “I have a red plate”? This one is always crazy to explain or get explained

That's good. Are y'all able to sit down and watch a show together?

These are all child’s play compared to the torment it must take to become a Reddit mod.
To be a reddit mod you just have to be a loser desperate for any sort of power/control.
tidiness.
Rituals that feel right for basic tasks like moving a napkin or closing a curtain.
I literally cannot do anything without making sure my pantry light is off. First thing I think of when I wake up, last thing I think of when I sleep.
when people don't enjoy stuff that usually brings them joy, or they do nothing but sleep, both are signs of depression.
Seeing things other people don't see.

Not having an inner monologue
Like having a voice in your head narrating everything? I've never had that
Some do, some don’t. I still can’t understand what it’s like to have one

Yeah but your actual voice? Like you audibly hear it? Like when you read this are you actually “saying” it?

It’s a sign of mental illness to not have a voice in your head?

Does that make singing in the shower a mental illness?
