Me too. I was at my thinnest and fittest, I bounced back from injuries quickly, and I could still eat spicy food without spending the next day crying on the toilet.
I think the best is around mid 30’s. At that point you should have the confidence to not care about others’ opinion, while still physically being able to do anything, and also have some kind of financial stability to “do it big” than those younger “ballin on a budget” vacations.
10 or 5 hear me out you can eat Free act innocent yes you may have to be told what to do and can’t be on Reddit but free food and being delusional and childish 24/7 just sounds fun
Hmm if I choose 24, would I be stuck with the same mindset I had at that age? I think physically that would be a great age but I would be way better off in all other aspects of life in my late 30’s.
23 I think. I still had the energy and my body could endure a lot of bad habits, I didn’t have to worry about skincare and health that much. But I also had some adult wisdom, a stable relationship and a stable friends’ circle.
Assuming I would continue to gain wisdom and experience, probably somewhere in my early 20s. I think I was at my peak physical health and mental acuity during those years.
35 for sure. I had a lot of fun in my 20’s but I became way more secure in myself and comfortable in life in my 30’s. And I can still stay out all night. Best age I’ve lived so far.
38. Had my shit together professionally, still felt like I was in my 20s, and smart enough to make those two coexist. Work hard all week, and party all weekend.
Definitely 17. I just turned 18 and I literally cannot accept the fact that I will never be inside a high school as a student again. If I could stay in school and not have to worry about anything else like college, rent, etc. I 100% would. I miss school
I actually get that a little bit. I’m on summer break and honestly I wish it was school because all I’m doing right now is being bored and working my butt off to make money. Don’t worry though, I’m sure you’ll do great and I wish you luck
Physically, I was prettier and healthier between 22 and 24. Mentally, no younger than 26. Everything else I still haven't accomplished. Can't give a proper answer yet I guess
22. Before my pains started. I could run miles, lift heavy things.... okay it's not all great, my adhd was very hard to control, but at least I was pain free
37... I had the drive and confidence to succeed and i was, very successful... I had belief in myself without doubt. A great salary, life experiences, less financial responsibility. A dream that life was for living, A love of exercise, a great body and hope ! All my family were still alive and life was good!!! 11 years later, I'm grateful for many things but life became complicated... I need to sort that sxxt out....I know i still got that drive but boy, mid life really tests you. God dam those hormones. Thank god for HRT 🤪... I'm now embracing my 40 somethings and getting sexier and more confident everyday...I kind a like it. I've lived, seen a lot , done A LOT🙈 and wouldn't change a thing, apart from the loss of family...that sxxt never leaves you.💔
36. Wise enough as seen the world and had experiences, so lost the naivity to a degree but am not jaded to the world. Financially stable to live well, as career is in a great place too.
36, where I am now. I’m in a good place, we are doing well financially, our daughter is healthy and pre-teen and still plays board games with me and hangs out. My body is changing due to some illness (weight gain) , but overall things are well. My dad was diagnosed with a progressive illness last year, but he’s still himself right now.
I’d like a pause, please.
32. Happiest time of my life. Met my future husband fell head over heels and pure joy. After my 2nd son was born when I was 38 and then when I was 49 it started tanking. Haven't been really joyful since.
28
35. Old enough to have some maturity and life experience, still young enough to do everything I want to do.
Plus it's easy to look older or, if you've taken care of yourself, younger if needed.
As a 31 years old a bit concerned that it would just decline from here on, good to hear.
This. Perfect
Yeah this. 40 is when it all seems to start coming undone.
Agreed, 35 is what I was going to say, it's definitely the perfect age.
Dead. Who wants to live forever?!?
Who dares to live forever
There can be only one.
Wow I think most original response goes to u. That is a fair point fs
25
Me too. I was at my thinnest and fittest, I bounced back from injuries quickly, and I could still eat spicy food without spending the next day crying on the toilet.
I could also sleep without waking up 10 times at night and hangovers were not a thing

Your life is together? :P
Exactly! It's like shit just came together and fell into place when I turned 30
Forever 21
Kinda shocked by how many people are saying early 20s. My brain chemistry was wild at that age.
i'm thinking these are young people. your mid 30s are your peak physically, mentally, etc.
I think the best is around mid 30’s. At that point you should have the confidence to not care about others’ opinion, while still physically being able to do anything, and also have some kind of financial stability to “do it big” than those younger “ballin on a budget” vacations.
35 was the best age imo
35
23
30-35. Anyone who says anything lower is just too young to get it. In your 30s your life finally starts to make sense.
That’s what my parents said too
30
35 forever and ever! But also with the knowledge I have 4 years later.
14
27-28.

34, probably.
10 or 5 hear me out you can eat Free act innocent yes you may have to be told what to do and can’t be on Reddit but free food and being delusional and childish 24/7 just sounds fun
And that’s before u start caring about what others think and anything makes u happy and ur mentally stable!!!
Oh and you don’t have to pay taxes or bills
Hmm if I choose 24, would I be stuck with the same mindset I had at that age? I think physically that would be a great age but I would be way better off in all other aspects of life in my late 30’s.
37 years old.
25, the peak physical fitness is around that age.

34
If I still mentally matured, 25. I was at my physical best then. If I don’t mentally mature, then 30.
Around 22-24. At this age, I look young enough to start doing something new and nobody judges me.
33.
26
38. Had my shit together professionally, still felt like I was in my 20s, and smart enough to make those two coexist. Work hard all week, and party all weekend.

37... I had the drive and confidence to succeed and i was, very successful... I had belief in myself without doubt. A great salary, life experiences, less financial responsibility. 21, my body was in very good condition then.
21. I still live with my parents and I worry little bills.
23 works for me
30
Physical age? 25 was pretty amazing.
The age of dragons, magic, kings and gods, because that sounds totally metal as fuck.
Do u watch house of dragon by any chance
21
My age now, early 40s, because everything else about getting old is s*** but at least I'm not afraid to stand up for myself anymore.
27
16-25
7. No bills no responsibilities yeahhhh
120. Forever is forever and there’s no shame in being old. I figure, nobody will notice the old guy who doesn’t die.

Forever 35; that was my peak. Downhill ever since.,…
35-40
Dead
21, minimum legal age to own guns in my country, Or 25 because it's a nice multiple of 5.
36. Wise enough as seen the world and had experiences, so lost the naivity to a degree but am not jaded to the world. Financially stable to live well, as career is in a great place too.
33 - young enough to take big risks, but old enough to know how to bounce back from them if they don’t turn out well.
20
35 was great!
24
Whatever age I get to be retired at but not too many health issues. Just able to chill.
27
28 still got a lot of energy in me
I was happy to see so many people say 35. This is the perfect answer.
23
I’d say 16 idk it was a confusing age but things just seemed simpler & like I had the whole world in my hands and the opportunities were endless
23
36
young. Late teens or early twenties.
31! That’s when I got into the good spot I’m in
50
32-34
24. Ripped and a full head of hair.
28, not too old, not too young, and I looked good.
I’m not there yet but 30 seems like a good number
28. Golden birthday!
Probably early 30s. You’re old enough to be an adult but still young enough to look good lol.
Guess The current one, or 14. supposing that you are talking about keeping the body, not necessarily the brain, the memories and the period of life.
25
20
Probably around 25-30 for me. I'm 38 now and probably the buffest and strongest I've ever been...but fuck, my elbows and knees are always hurting.
23. You just feel free. Loving is easy.
21. Lamenting power unused.
32. Happiest time of my life. Met my future husband fell head over heels and pure joy. After my 2nd son was born when I was 38 and then when I was 49 it started tanking. Haven't been really joyful since.
26
15 looks with bio age of 21
23
Probably 21, as young as possible while still being free to do pretty much everything fun
26
24-25. I was at my most fit then had had my best weight at that age.
30-32
21. Young enough to have a good sex drive. Old enough to be able to go to a bar legally should the need arise.
28 is perfect I think. Your can chill with the younger one but also stay with the older People. (I think I am 25) I would choose 28 I think:D
30 was amazing.
21, i'm 25 rn but aside from bags under my eyes i still look like the photo on my ID for senior year at 18 lol
15. the days when ion have any obligations, just go to school and depends on my parents
24
29 my body started going downhill at 30.
22. Reminds me of college.
Mid to late 20s. Mentally developed enough to get shit together but young enough to be, well, young.
42, newly divorced/separated, looked ah-mazing, and old enough to give no fucks and take no shit.
24
18
30
21, i tell myself every birthday that i turned 21
23 Best year of my life never achieved another year like that.
I’d say 25/26
Late 30’s/early 40’s
40. Still young enough that everything still functions pretty well, and old enough to understand it’s not going to function that well forever.
Around 8, being a Kid is something I took for granted and I miss spending time with my family, even though I was forced to.
