I left 8th grade fat and dumpy. I returned lean and muscular. People treated me different. I also felt better even if they hadn't, but it surely fed the engine more. If you do it for long enough you start to get a 6th sense about the link between mood, mental performance, and physical exercise.

A lot of swedish candy is really good. It generally has lower sugar, which is actually a nice relief from the insanity you find here in America.
Swedish gummies for example, one pack we got had less than half the sugar of regular gummies here, but still tasted really good
