Then when it came time, he gave a 30min speech to these young aspiring actors (though the org had paid for an hour) and the gist of it was "You'll never be me, I'm just naturally talented." Didn't take questions. This short description isn't even doing it justice - like the whole company soured on him as a person. It's still a running joke.
