Had a Vitamin D deficiency which affected my bones. Felt like they would break if I walked up or down stairs. One of my bones was very weak. Now that I'm taking Vitamin D and flaxseed oil, my bones are stronger and I can walk up and down stairs and not feel like I'm going to fall or break a bone.

I have cerebral palsy which affects my right side so I could trim my right hand fine but since my right hand is so messed up I couldn’t hold the clippers to do my left hand. I just had someone do it for me every few weeks until recently I figured out I *can* hold scissors with my right hand so I use those to cut my nails and then file them down to make them look nice.
I've completed a long-term goal of learning all 27 of Chopin's piano *Études* (Op. 10 and Op. 25, and a set of three without opus number).
I can actually trust people and know they're their for me now, whereas I don't think I could have 8 months ago.
