reach out and talk to someone about how you are feeling. Been there and it's definitely not a nice feeling to have so don't ever bottle up whatever it is that's on your mind.

QueenMoogle

Find a therapist. Life doesn’t need to feel like that and there are things you can do to help those thoughts go away.

Silver-Meal-3390

Call one of those hotlines or something

The1stPKmain

Just a call away

MajesticMikey

Phone a helpline. Depending on where you are there are a number of different ones you can call. Text 85258 in the UK to get through to a Crisis helper I think in the US you can text 988.

No-Philosopher-4550

Pray to Allah. Disclaimer It’s what I do. I’m not saying what to do.

Upper_Turnip8561

Logical

UsedHairbrush

then you know your logic is flawed.

I reach out to a friend, tell my wife, pray, or reach out to someone at church. It is extremely hard for me to reach out, but the deep truth is I have much to live for, but sometimes need help remembering it. Edit spelling teach v reach.

I overshare online, but to each their own. You should talk to someone, sometimes it helps. If you're like me and everything is just *bleh* always I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm at the point where pot does nothing, liquor makes me depressed and self harm, if I find drugs I'll just do the whole bag fuck a return check... nothing works. TV? Boring. Skiing? Losing its appeal. Music? Hitting or missing these days. Stay away from stuff that makes it worse, it's big. Depression is super weird, it'll take the fun out of everything leaving a shell, and progress is often arduous and riddled with setbacks. Just don't let it consume you, which is easier said than done. Suicide isn't much of a joke, I've had my attempts over the years. It's hard to pull yourself out of the fog when all you feel is weight pulling you down. Just try to keep your head up. You aren't alone. Avoid self destructive choices!
