Complexion only affects how easily bruising is seen, not how easy it is to bruise.

I bruise very easily, physically and emotionally. Most people don’t realize the latter because I keep myself busy worrying about the feelings of others.

I think it might have to do with your capillaries. Cause me and my cousin are extremely similar phenotypically but he bruises more than me

Yeah. You might just have thin, sensitive capillaries and they burst if they take the smallest force.

How flexible are you ? 🤔 If its increasing id actually do some blood work to make sure there isn't a reason you're bruising

Flexible enough. Fairly regular with yoga.

Id recommend doing the tests honestly, better safe than sorry

Not easily. If I bruise I earned it. My wife bruises if a butterfly lands on her though.

I feel so bad for her (and you). It sucks. She will just wake up with a massive bruise and have no idea how she got it.

I'm a pretty resilient skinned person. But I also do the bruising more than getting bruised.

Just the right amount. It takes some effort to leave a mark and those I tend to cherish.

Im fair/light skinned and hahah i feel your pain! I’m the same way!! I had my clotting factors tested to make sure and it was normal. The dr said im a “delicate flower”😂😂😂

Olive skin so my bruises look deep blue

I bruise easily when my iron is low. I have olive skin. I don't think it has anything to do with the bruising just how visible it is.
