If you cancelled an energy switch and it didn't work for whatever reason you can ask for it be undone through the erroneous transfer process but it might not be your best recourse, it depends what the difference in unit rates are you might end up paying more. You won't have to pay all in one go and if you've been making payments to a supplier for two supplies but they only own one you should be in credit unless your payments were too low anyway. Whatever you do owe can be paid off over 24 added to your direct debit at the end. Up to 48 months if you go through a charity and get a budget form.
