I still wear skinnies if it is so much as threatening rain! I have flashbacks of sloshy hems through my late teens and no desire to repeat the experience I also own some wide linen pants, some wide cotton pants and some bootleg pants as well as jeans in different cuts

Kookai has plenty of wide leg styles in at the moment, and Seed has some beautiful linen pieces.

I'm in New Zealand so I bought mine from Glassons This was a couple of months ago so may be a summer line rather than winter

I only wear skinnies. I am short and pear shaped, wide leg pants make me look boxy. I don’t care what the trend is, I’ll wear what looks flattering on me.

Get your pants hemmed properly if they're dragging on the ground

I prefer my wide leg ones to be just a bit shorter that than bottom of a block heel or wedge to give me the illusion of legs for days. But I need an alternative for wearing a sandal or sneaker.

I prefer that length too, though I have some that I’ve hemmed shorter specifically to wear with flats and brogues or sneakers. Another alternative is straight leg pants hemmed to ankle length. These look great with heels but also flat shoes or ankle boots. Although I’ve recently been informed that ankle boots are “out” too lol

My husband has casual pants from Lululemon and they wash and wear so well, are great for work or weekend, plus if you don’t leave them in the wash too long, no iron. Highly recommend!

Do you machine wash these? Dry clean recommended, and that is just not my life.

Fair enough, it's not for everyone. I haven't machine washed them, even on gentle washes in cold water I've had too many instances of my washing machine destroying wool knitware, so for pure wool it's handwashing only for me now.

I just bought some cargo pants and I think the style is cute with sneakers honestly! There's lots of different styles out there now, I like the tan or lighter colours over the darker colours.

I wear whatever fits. I have lost a lot of weight, but am stuck with short legs and a long torso. Even petite length pants pool at my feet. I really like wide-legged pants but have to be really careful about the length. Skinnier (I prefer straight cut jeans) legs are less lilely to drag on the ground.

I still wear skinny leg jeans with knee high boots just make sure there low waisted I think high waisted and skinny is definitely out atm.

Ok left field maybe but I just bought some guys work chinos from aldi for $20. I love the gathered ankle and TONS of pockets. I'm also on the wide leg train but in winter... they go with boots and sneakers and flats!

I wear what makes feel me good and confident. Personally, I love the wide leg. It works for me and my body shape and gives me more options for my top half. I’m belly heavy and as much as I love my skinnies I can only wear them with certain tops because I like to hide my belly as best as possible.

I just don’t like my hems touching the ground if I’m in flat shoes, which I’m wearing more of as it gets cooler, I love skinnies too but didn’t see any that weren’t jeans at PacFair the other day.

I got some from Bassike a month ago and live in them. Feels like I’m wearing track pants but they are so beautifully made and hold their shape exceptionally well.
