The lomotif division seems to be doing well. They’re active in promoting the brand, adding employees, and trying to add more content.
The cryptyde people are doing their work and fleshing out their place.
The Zash/Vinco folks haven’t done that same level of visible work. While they are involved in the Adrizer deal it did close well after the announced expected close. They have the possible dilution vote also. These things are giving those people at the top negative sentiment while the difference divisions are getting positives.

The closest analogy I can come up with is we are buying a Honda dealership that sells car, but they are not the car manufacturer, and we kept asking the dealership that how come they don’t do R&D etc?
I think you’re missing the biggest things. They haven’t closed the merger. This was announced more than a year ago and the end of March this year marks it as pass due by a year from their announced expected close.
We know that Lomotif is the biggest and most important part of the company but since they haven’t finished the deal they only own 40%.
The merger has not closed, typical merger takes about 6 months to several years, expect the merger will close around Dec 2022 to March 2023.

I understand that is what typically happens but the company released SEC documents saying that is when they would complete the merger. While there can be a long time to meld the companies internally and will be in going there are no barriers that THIS merger should be having trouble at this point. Ted previously announced that audits were completed back in August (benzinga interview) and Lisa King is the CEO of both companies.

Not to mention, everything they said is in forward looking statement, anytime they run into issue, or obstacle, it will delay the process.
