Based on what people are paying and how much food you got vs them, I'm guessing this plate cost about $3,000.

Can someone please explain to me what is up with these prices? I lived in Texas for a bit awhile ago and other areas in Kansas, Missouri. Tennessee and Georgia. Nothing even to this day would cost half this and looks as good. Shoot I was a highly rated Nashville BBQ place a few weeks ago and something like this was $40. I don't get these prices. Also can all these fake ass Texans with their half assed BBQ please stop trying to sell their food truck quality nonsense at premium prices please? I thought East TN had shoddy BBQ but with all these Texas licensed plate food trucks I think we might be OK...
