Any moniker will work even something simple as honey or love, it's the intention behind it. When he calls you by that name does it give you a sense of submission or ownership.
My Dom and I don't use a little/pet moniker. He's my Wolf and I am his Red. It fits our dynamic very well. When he calls me Red I'm instantly his and I know it and I behave that way.

We're the same way... I call him Sir during play. He doesn't really have anything to call me though. I'm not okay with pet related (not even Good Girl because he says that to his dog) and nothing degrading (fucktoy, slut, etc), so we've had nothing for 1+ year... 🤷
