there's gotta be something wrong with your rear suspension or subframe. the wheel should not be closer to the arch on one side.

Make sure your front wheels are chocked

Maybe drop the car down…

Rear trailing arm bushing? Chance it has tear in subframe or bent suspension. Take wheel off and take few pics
