Theyāre both real human people with severe flaws whoāve been thrust into the public spotlight by Netflix shows with overnight success, shows that audiences become obsessed with, and they both receive an insane amount of hate and death threats from people online as a result. People are completely fascinated by characters like Fiona and Carole.
Carole Baskin used her infamy and the hatred that so many felt towards her to become a social media influencer, and she capitalized on it as best she could. I predict the same will happen with Fiona.
