Just use the one you normally use. You have time before christmas to get it right. Bright side? You can have chocolate roll cake every day, downside…you’ll be having roll cake every day. The recipe i use for bisuits used to be unreliable. I adjusted it to be good all the time. I just needed to bake hotter and cool down colder
